Machine Zone Raises $8M

Palo Alto-based Machine Zone, a developer of mobile and social games, said yesterday that it has raised $8M, from Menlo Ventures. The startup--formerly known as Addmired--said that Shervin Pishevar of Menlo Ventures has joined the company's board, as does Bryan Kelly of Anthos Capital. Machine Zone is a Y Combinator startup developing massively multiplayer, online social and mobile games. the firm is led by Gabriel Leydon. More information »
