MetaRAM Gets $12.2M Series B
San Jose-based MetaRAM, a stealth semiconductor firm developing chips for memory subsystems, has raised $12.2M in a Series B round from Storm Ventures, silicontap.com has learned. No details of the funding have been released or confirmed by the company, however, Ryan Floyd, founding partner at Storm Ventures, is listed as holding a board seat. Atiq Raza, former President and COO of Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and CEO and Chairman of Raza Microelectronics is also a member of the firm's board. More information »
