SkyPilot Lands $21M
Santa Clara-based SkyPilot Networks has raised $21M in a round of venture funding. SkyPilot said that funding came from August Capital, as well as existing investors Mobius Venture Capital, INVESCO Private Capital, Palo Alto Investors, Nexit Ventures, and Selby Venture Partners. SkyPilot is developing carrier-class broadband wireless mesh networks. Dave Marquardt of August Capital has joined the company's board.
