Alien Technology Withdraws IPO
Morgan Hill-based Alien Technology has withdrawn its IPO, saying in a regulatory filing Friday that it has determined not to proceed with the registration and sale of its common stock at this time. The firm did not give a reason for the withdrawal. Alien had priced its IPO earlier in July, and was looking to raise up to $124.2M on the Nasdaq. Alien is a provider of RFID technology and services.
