ExaProtect, Solsoft Merge
ExaProtect and Mountain View-based Solsoft said Monday that they will merge. Both firms develops security event management and policy management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. The firms are backed by venture capital firms Cape, Carlyle, CIC, Elaia and Rothschild.
