Achaogen Raises $26M
South San Francisco-based Achaogen has raised $26M in a Series B round of funding. Domain Associates led the round, which also included prior investors 5AM Ventures, ARCH Venture Partners, Venrock Associates, and Versant Ventures. The firm is developing novel antibacterial compounds. As part of the funding, Bob More of Domain will join the company's board.
