Validity Sensors Raises $20M
San Jose-based Validity Sensors, a firm that is developing durable fingerprint sensors for the biometrics market, has raised $20M. The funding was led by TeleSoft Partners, and included participation by Qualcomm Ventures. Other investors include VentureTech Alliance, Ram Shiram, Marc Benioff, and Atiq Raza.
