Yahoo Buys AdInterax
Sunnyvale-based Yahoo is acquiring New York-based AdInterax, the firm said today. AdInterax is a provider of rich media advertising. Financial terms were not disclosed. Yahoo said that the acquisition will enable Yahoo to provide self-service rich media creative assembly and campaign management tools to marketers. AdInterax's tools include modules for floating animations, expandable banners, and streaming video.
