Virtensys Gets $12M Series A
Manchester, UK-based Virtensys, which has U.S. headquarters in Palo Alto, said Thursday that it has closed $12M in a first round of funding. Funding came from Scottish Equity Partners, Celtic House Venture Partners, and GIMV. VirtenSys develops PCI Express IO virtualization semiconductors. The firm's founders are from Xyratex.
