Motorola Buys Good Technology
Motorola said today that it has acquired Good Technology, a Santa Clara-based provider of enterprise mobile computing software and services. Terms were not disclosed. Good Technology will become part of Motorola's Mobile Devices business. The acquisition is expected to close in early 2007. Good is backed by Advanced Equities, BA Venture Partners, Benchmark Capital, BCP Capital, Crosslink, K1 Ventures, and Kleiner Perkins.
