New Jersey-based Scivantage, a provider of brokerage software, said today that it has acquired Kenamea, a San Francisco-based provider of notification management products for the brokerage industry. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Scivantage said that it will leverage Kenamea's products, services, and technical resources to grow it position in the marketplace. The firm will be hiring Kenamea's staff, and continue to maintain a West Coast presence.
