Goodmail Gets $12M
Mountain View-based Goodmail Systems said today that it has raised $12M in a venture capital funding round led by SoftBank Capital. Existing investors DCM and Emergence Capital Partners also participated in the investment. Eric Hippeau of SoftBank will join the firm's board as part of the funding. Goodmail Systems is devloping a trusted email delivery service targeted at accrediting volume senders.
