Quellan Rolls Out Wideband Noise Cancellation Technology
Santa Clara-based Quellan, a venture-backed startup in the RF space, said today that it has announced its RF wideband noise cancellation technology. The firm's technology is used in handsets and consumer devices to improve signal reception, and is targeted at improving signal-to-noise ratio on mobile phones and GPS devices. The firm said that it believes its technology will benefit cellular, GPS, and digital terrestrial television. The firm is backed by ITU Ventures, Menlo Ventures, National Semiconductor, and the VentureTech Alliance.
