HandHeld Entertainment Buys YourDailymedia.com
San Francisco-based HandHeld Entertainment said today that it has acquired YourDailymedia.com for $1.06M. The deal is worth $200,000 in cash, $60,000 in cash paid over the next 12 months, and a five year $800,000 note convertible into common stock. YourDailyMedia.com is an online user-generated video site. HandHeld Entertainment is a manufacturer of portable media players.
