Gentiae Clinical Research Raises $16M
San Bruno-based Gentiae Clinical Research has raised $16M in new funding, the firm said Wednesday. Gentiae said the funding was led by Bay City Capital, and also included investments from new investors CIBC Capital Partners and Merlin Biomed Group. Prior investor Three Arch Partners also particpated in the round. Gentiae Clinical Research provides cardiac asessment services for clinical trials. William G. Gerber of Bay City Capital has joined the firm's board.
