Electric Cloud Scores $9M
Mountain View-based Electric Cloud, a provider of tools for the software development industry, said today that it has raised $9M in a Series C investment round. The round was led by Rembrandt Venture Partners, and also included existing investors Mayfield Fund, RRE Ventures, and U.S. Venture Partners. Douglas Schrier of Rembrandt joins the firm's board of directors as part of the funding. The round brings the company's total capital raised to $22.1M.
