Genius.com Gets $10M From MDV-Mohr Davidow
San Mateo-based Genius.com has scored $10M in a Series B funding, in a funding led by MDV-Mohr Davidow Ventures, the firm said today. Genius.com is a provider of on-demand marketing services used by sales and marketing professionals. Prior investors Emergence Capital Partners and Walden International also participated in the funding. Genius said that the funding will go to expand its ability to meet customer demand for its solutions, and accelerate product development, marketing, and sales. Genius uses web site visit behavior and web site analytics to provide sales and marketing professionals with information about visitors.
