Hyperion Acquires Decisioneering
Santa Clara-based Hyperion, has acquired Denver, Colorado-based Decisioneering, the company said today. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Decisioneering, which develops decision analysis software, will become a stand-alone business unit of Hyperion, which also develops business performance management software.
