HydroPoint Raises $19M
Petaluma-based HydroPoint Data Systems, which develops water management systems under the name WeatherTRAK, has raised $19M in a Series C round. The funding was led by RockPort Capital Partners, and also included Chrysalix Energy Venture Capital. Todd Wilson of Rockport and Greg Sullivan of Chrysalix will join the firm's board of directors as part of the transaction. Other investors in the round include Firelake Strategic Technology Fund; Monitor Ventures; Shea Ventures; and The Toro Company.
