Moderati Acquired by Bellrock Media
San Francisco-based Moderati has been acquired by Bellrock Media, a producer of mobile entertainment content. Financial terms were not disclosed. The two said they will provide mobile and broadband entertainment content in the U.S. and Japanese market. Moderati is a provider of mobile ringtones and other mobile content products.
