Dash Navigation Lands $25M
Mountain View-based Dash Navigation has scored $25M in a Series B funding, the firm said today, in a round led by Crescendo Ventures. Other investors in the firm include Artis Capital, ZenShin Capital Partners, and Gold Hill Capital, along with prior investors Kleiner Perkins Caufied & Byers, Sequoia Capital, and Skymoon Ventures. Dash also added two new board members, including Peter Gotcher, formerly of Redpoint and IVP; and Wayne Cantwell, of Cresendo Ventures. Dash is developing Internet-connected GPS navigation devices for the automotive industry.
