Cisco, Apple Reach iPhone Agreement
Cisco and Apple announced late last night that the two have resolved their dispute over the use of "iPhone". The companies said that both companies will be free to use the "iPhone" trademark on their products worldwide. The companies said that each side will acknowledge trademark ownership rights that have been granted, and both will dismiss any pending actinos on the trademark. Cisco and Apple also said they would "explore opportunities for interoperability". No terms of the deal were disclosed.
