RIPit Imaging Systems Bought By Xante
Sacramento-based RIPit Imaging Systems, a provider of software raster image processors for the pre-press and graphic imaging market, is being acquired. According to Xante, the firm is acquiring RIPit along with another firm, Exxtra Imaging Systems, in separate transactions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
