Berkeley-based Wesabe, a personal finance web site offering online personal finance tools, announced today that it has raised $700,000 in an angel round. The round was led by O'Reilly AlphaTech Ventures, and also includes angel investors Mark Fletcher, founder of Bloglines and Freeman Murray, founder of Kendara. Tim O'Reilly will join the board of the firm as part of the funding.
