Cypress Completes Silicon Valley Technology Center Sale
Cypress Semiconductor said today that it has completed its sale of its Silicon Valley Technology Center, which was sold to Oak Hill Capital Partners and Tallwood Venture Capital. Silicon Valley Technology Center is now an independent company, and is being headed by Dave Bergeron, who was most recently Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Tallwood Ventures. SVTC is a development foundry that provides startups and companies wil semiconductor design services.
