Viacom Sues YouTube, Google
Viacom announced this morning that it is suing YouTube and Google for what it calls "massive" intentional copyright infringement on its entertainment properties. Viacom is seeking more than $1B in damages, and an injunction prohibiting Google and YouTube from further copyright infringement.
