Legend Silicon Gets $40M From Intel
Legend Silicon, a Chinese developer of digital television semiconductors, said today that it has raised $40M from Intel Capital, Intel's venture capital arm. Legend, which also maintains operations in Fremont, California, said that the funding will go towards the company'd development of develop terrestrial DTV demodulation IC products for the Chinese market.
