HandHeld Entertainment Acquires UK Site
San Francisco-based HandHeld Entertainment said today that it has acquired UnOriginal.co.uk, a user-generated media site, for $500,000. The deal is split between cash and HandHeld Entertainment common stock. HandHeld Entertainment said UnOriginal.co.uk attracts 900,000 unique visitors per month.
