Lithium Technologies Lands $9M
Emeryville-based Lithium Technologies, a provider of hosted software for creating online communities, forums, and social networking sites, said today that it has raised $9M in Series A funding. The funding was led by Shasta Ventures and Emergence Capital Partners. Ravi Mohan of Shasta and Gordon Ritter of Emergence have joined the firm's board as part of the funding.
