Solidcore Raises $10M
Palo Alto-based Solidcore Systems has raised $10M in a Series D financing, the firm disclosed this morning. The financing round was led by JAFCO Ventures, and also included existing investors Matrix Partners, Menlo Ventures and Sevin Rosen Funds. Solidcore develops software used for change control management. The firm said the funding will go towards boosting the company's worldwide sales and marketing efforts. The funding brings Solidcore's total raised to $40M.
