KANA Buys evergance
Menlo Park-based KANA Software announced today that it is in a definitive agreement to purchase consulting firm evergance Partners. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. evergance Partners provides management consulting and systems integration for the customer relationship management (CRM) market. KANA said the acquisition will significantly expands its professional services portfolio, doubling the size of its professional services team.
