Acquisition Of IPWireless Completes
San Bruno-based IPWireless has officially been acquired by NextWave Wireless, the firms said this morning, clsoing a $100M acquisition which was announced in April. NextWave Wireless said that IPWireless, which is a supplier of TD-CDMA mobile broadband network equipment and subscriber terminals, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of the firm.
