Goodwin Procter LLP, announced Thursday that it is opening a new office in Palo Alto, as part of an expansion of the firm's West Coast practice. The office is the fifth California office the firm has opened in the past 14 months. Goodwin Proctor said the office is part of a national strategy for serviing clients in the areas of technology companies, life sciences, private equity, corporate M&A, intellectual property, and securities litigation.
