Luminescent Raises $9M
Palo Alto-based Luminescent Technologies, a firm that develops lithography enhancement products for the semiconductor industry, said Wednesday afternoon that it has raised $9M in a new round of financing. The round came from Adams Capital Management, which led the round, along with its existing investor Sevin Rosen Funds. Luminescent's equipment is currently being used for manufacturing 45- and 32-nm integrated circuits.
