Tindall Technologies Acquired By Teledyne
Pleasanton-based Tindall Technologies, a manufacturer of microwave systems for the defense sector, has been acquired by Teledyne Technologies Incorporated. Teledyne, a Thousand Oaks, California-based provider of electronic components, instruments, and other defense related products, did not disclose financial terms of the deal. Teledyne said that Tindall's operations in Pleasanton will be consolidated with Teledyne Cougar, located in Sunnyvale.
