Palo Alto-based Satiety has raised $30M in a Series D funding, the firm said yesterday, in a new round of financing led by Skyline Ventures. The firm, which is developing treatments for obesity, said that other investors in the round included HLM Venture Partners, Pinnacle Ventures, Venrock, Three Arch Partners, Morgenthaler Ventures, and Thomas Fogarty. John Freund of Skyline will join the firm's board as part of the funding, with Stephen Sullivan of Skyline and Al Wiegman of HLM serving as board observers.
