Nuon Therapeutics Gains $5M
San Francisco-based Nuon Therapeutics said last last week that it has raised $5M in a Series A financing. The company received the round from GBS Venture Partners, based in Australia. The firm said that it is focused on novel therapies for autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases such as multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. The firm's technology was developed at Imperial College London and Stanford University.
