Redwood City-based Coghead, a provider of web-based software for developing business applications, said this morning that it has added Regis McKenna to its board of directors. McKenna also sites on the board of Golden Gate Software, LighUp, Nanosys, Inc., the Economic Strategies Institute, Santa Clara University and the Silicon Valley Children's Fund. Coghead is venture backed by American Capital, El Dorado Ventures, and SAP.
