USVP Promotes Lewis
Menlo Park-based U.S. Venture Partners said this morning that it has promoted Rick Lewis to Principal at the venture capital firm. Lewis has been at USVP since 2004, and has previuosly served at Autodesk and Walt Disney Imagineering, among other firms. Lewis led the firm's investment in myYearbook.com, and also works with Intermolecular and Instantis, two other USVP portfolio firms. USVP said that Lewis focuses on mobile applications, consumer internet and digital media, enterprise software and semiconductors.
