Tioga Energy Adds $4M
San Mateo-based Tioga Energy, a firm providing renewable energy services, said today that it has raised $4M in additional Series A funding. The additional capital came from Nth Power, which joins NGEN Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and RockPort Capital, DFJ Frontier and Kirlan Ventures as investors. The company said that the additional capital brings the company's first round of funding to more than $14M. Tioga Energy is developing renewable energy systems, with a focus on solar electricity. The firm's initial close was announced in June.
