Morgenthaler Ventures Adds Partner
Menlo Park-based Morgenthaler Ventures said earlier this week that it has added Hank Plain as a new Partner at the firm. Plain joins the firm from The Foundry, and has also served as President and CEO of Perclose, and held board and chair seats at Embolic Protection, TransVascular, and Xtent. Plain also served at Eli Lilly for many years. Plain will focus on investment opportunities in the medical device market for Morgenthaler. Morgenthaler said it has approximately $2.5B under management.
