WiChorus Adds $15M From Mayfield, Others
San Jose-based WiChorus, which is developing WiMax and other 4G wireless products, announced this morning that it has secured an $15M in a new venture capital round. The round was led by Mayfield Fund, and also included prior investors Redpoint Ventures and Accel Partners. WiChorus said the funding brings its total raised to $25M. Navin Chadda of Mayfield will join the firm's board as part of the funding.
