Sugar Publishing Buys ShopStyle.com
San Francisco-based Sugar Publishing said today that it has acquired fellow social shopping website ShopStyle.com. Financial terms of the acquisition of Los Altos-based ShopStyle were not disclosed. Sugar Publishing also said it will rename itself to Sugar, Inc. to reflect its growing reach and expansion. ShopStyle operates an online social shopping website for women; Sugar runs a network of online webb sites focused on fashion and women.
