Consentry Adds $21M
Milpitas-based Consentry Networks said today that it has raised an additional $21M in funding, led by Teachers' Private Capital. Other investors in the round inlcuded Translink Capital, NCD Investors, and existing investors Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, INVESCO Private Capital, and DAG Ventures. Consentry Networks develops security products based on a network switch. As part of the funding, Basil Alwan has joined the firm. The new round of funding brings the company's total raised to $72M.
