Interwoven Acquires Optimost
San Jose-based Interwoven said Wednesday that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Optimost, a provider of website optimization software and services. Interwoven will pay approximately $52M in cash for the firm. Optimost provides web content optimization used for optimizing web pages and marketing, and is based in New York city. According to Interwoven, Optimosts's customers include Ask.com, Auto Trader, Delta Air Lines, FAO Schwarz, Lenovo, and MGM Mirage.
