Evergrid Names Van Den Bosch CEO
Fremont, California-based Evergrid, a company developing data center automation software, said Tuesday that it has named Fred van den Bosch as the firm's CEO. Van den Bosch was EVP, and CTO of VERITAS Software. Van den Bosch was most recently CEO of PANTA Systems, and serves on Evergrid's board of directors. Evergrid is venture backed by Menlo ventures and the Acartha Group. Evergrid did not provide details on the departure of David Anderson, the firm's prior CEO.
