Amobee Gets Investments From Telefonica, Vodafone
Redwood City-based Amobee Media Systems, a provider of ad funded mobile services, said today that it has received investments from Telefonica and Vodafone. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Amobee is also backed by Sequoia Capital, Accel Partners, and Globespan Capital. Both the Telefonica and Vodafone investments are minority stakes. Amobee is a developer of technology for digital advertising delivery for mobile content.
