Sunpower Buys Systems Integrator
San Jose-based SunPower said Thursday that it has signed a definitive agreement to buy Solar Solutions, an Itilian systems integrator in the solar systems area. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Solar Systems employees 14 offering solar panels, inverters, and solar power systems in Italy. SunPower is a manufacturer of solar cell and photovoltaic systems.
