PlayFirst Finds $16.5M
San Francisco-based PlayFirst, a publisher of online casual games, announced today that it has raised $16.5M in a Series C financing. The funding was led by DCM, and also included Mayfield Fund, Trinity Ventures, and Rustic Canyon Partners. According to the company, the round brings its total raised to $26.5M. PlayFirst develops the popular "Diner Dash" casual game title. The firm said the funding will go to accelerate both web and game development.
