Health Hero Network Acquired By Bosch
German firm The Bosch Group said today that it has acquired a majority share holding in Palo Alto-based Health Hero Network, a provider of technology for remote monitoring and management of patient health data. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Health Hero Network has previously received funding from Psilos Group, California Technology Ventures, Integral Capital Partners, Boston Scientific, and Shoreline Venture Partners. According to Bosch, it will retain all of Health Hero Network's 44 employees.
